Information Session, Strong Families

Parkland School Division is proud to partner with the Alberta Parenting For The Future Association to present another FREE information session for local families.

In the upcoming session, attendees will learn about increasing resilience through meditation and art. Learn techniques to ground yourself, become self-aware, regulate emotions, and connect to nature through art. All art supplies will be provided in the session and it is aimed at parents and their children to attend.

The upcoming session will be led by Angela Hall, owner of Aguenus Art, The Art of Being, a studio in Stony Plain. 

Date: Tuesday, February 20, 2024
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Parkland School Division Centre for Education (4603-48 Street in Stony Plain)
