New Hire Documents
All new hires to Parkland School Division are required to have a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector and Child Intervention Record Check completed. Please submit the originals of these two documents (i.e. no photocopies) to Human Resources.
Please print, complete and submit the following forms to the Human Resources Department:
- Release of Staff Information
- Employee Acknowledgement of Confidentiality Obligations
- Network Computer Use Agreement
- Emergency Contact
- Code of Conduct
A Human Resources representative will contact you and provide you with all other confidential documents you are required to complete and submit.
Once you have completed and submitted all the proper paperwork, you will be granted access (within 72 hours) to your employee email, The Compass intranet site and Employee Self Service.
