Tuesday, December 14, 2021 - The Board of Trustees is pleased to share with all education stakeholders the highlights of our recent Board meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. The adopted minutes will be available on our website following the next Regular Board meeting. (Please Note: some audio problems persisted with technical difficulties in the Centre for Education boardroom but were resolved at the 1:33:00 mark of the recording.)

 

Update:

  • The Board welcomed a virtual delegation from Stony Plain Central School. Principal Tanya Neuman introduced PSD Literacy Facilitator Charity Alook who has been working with SPC students since the end of November supporting the work ongoing with Literacy Intervention. Trustees observed a brief session with Grade 3 students Reina Montgomery and Ella Taylor.
  • The Board received as information the Student and Staff Wellness Report as presented by Division Principal, Christine Ross.
  • The Board received as information the Programs of Choice Report, as presented by Associate Superintendent.
  • The Board received as information the Off-Campus Education Report, as presented by Division Principal, Sheryl Bridgeman.

The next Regular Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. LIVE STREAM.
