Transportation Services Update

August 26, 2021 - Parkland School Division's Transportation Services department is busy working on processing all the last minute new bus registrations that come in this time every year. In addition, staff are helping a large number of returning families who missed the registration deadline in June or have yet to make payment arrangements for their bus passes this year. The department is also experiencing a high volume of calls and visits to the Stony Plain office with families submitting change requests. Please note that staff have been working through those requests as efficiently as possible but some delays should be expected.

Priority will be given to families new to Parkland School Division who have not missed any registration deadlines and the remainder will be processed in the order they were received.
