Busing

Thursday April 17, 2025 - A bus assigned to one of Parkland School Division’s special needs routes was involved in a traffic accident at the intersection of Highway 628 and Century Road Thursday morning. At the time of the incident, thankfully there were no students on board. The driver’s two children were passengers on the bus and are unharmed. The driver of the other vehicle involved was transported to hospital as a precaution.

We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding. Safety remains our top priority. PSD's Transportation Services will be in contact with families as they work through potential alternate arrangements for Thursday afternoon busing.
