Background

The quality of service provided by the Division is directly dependent on the strength and well- being of its employees. Therefore, the Division supports the formation and maintenance of an Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP).

Procedures

  1. All employees and their families shall have confidential access to the EFAP.

  2. The Director of Human Resources shall be responsible for securing EFAP services and for monitoring program quality.

  3. Information regarding the EFAP shall be accessible to employees through the employee Intranet.
