AP 104: Policy and Procedure Dissemination

Administration of Policy and Legislation


The Superintendent shall be responsible for the effective implementation of Board policy and administrative procedures.

An effective process for disseminating policies and procedures ensures that staff are knowledgeable with respect to the Division’s operational practices and legislation.


1. The Superintendent shall ensure that Board Policies and Administrative Procedures are made easily accessible on the Division website.

2. School Administration and Directors shall responsibly ensure a competent understanding of policy and administrative procedures with their respective staffs.
