Parkland School Division is proud to partner with the Alberta Parenting For The Future Association to present another FREE information session for local families.

In our upcoming session, we will be joined by Josee Huston, a registered psychologist with Parkland School Division, who will discuss Unlocking the Power of Sleep: A Discussion on ways to Support your Child's Mental Health and Academic Achievement. This discussion will explore the critical role sleep plays in mental health—for both children and adults.

Learn practical strategies to improve sleep, understand how sleep impacts emotional well-being, behaviour, and academic success.
