Join a certified yoga instructor for an hour of calming and mindful movement that will teach you how to unwind and prepare your body for a peaceful sleep.

Join us for this fun session that is rated easy-for-all-levels. Get your heart pumping with old school aerobic movements set to modern music that will keep you going. We promise you’ll leave feeling physically and mentally invigorated.

Note: No dance or aerobics experience is necessary. This session is all about having fun and practicing self-care through movement and music.
