AUTHORIZED OPERATOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATEMENT
- I have read and fully understand the conditions for authorized vehicle use, as provided in Administrative Procedure 880;
- I agree to abide by all legislation, operating conditions, and/or requirements expected of me with respect to operating a Parkland School Division vehicle as an Authorized Operator;
- I agree to operate and maintain any Parkland School Division vehicle in a manner that promotes the longevity of the vehicle; and
- I fully acknowledge that failure to report any accidents or traffic violations to my immediate supervisor may result in discipline, up to and including termination.
